Fri-El processes data voluntarily provided by users through the website forms solely to respond to their requests.

Your data is processed electronically, though paper-based processing cannot be excluded. Data collected through website forms will be retained as long as needed to respond to your requests. If laws require a longer retention period, Fri-El will comply. Cookie data will be retained for the duration set for each cookie.

Your data will not be communicated or shared with third parties. Data provided will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

As a data subject, you have the rights under Arts. 15–21 of GDPR, including access, correction, integration, deletion, limitation, opposition, and data portability. Fri-El must respond within 30 days to requests made using the contact details in the “Data Controller” section. You can also file a complaint with the national Data Protection Authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.

Types of data processed
Browsing data:
The IT systems and software procedures supporting the website automatically acquire certain personal data, such as IP addresses, domain names, requested resource URIs, request time, method, file size, server response code, and user system parameters. These are used only for anonymous statistical purposes, proper site functioning, and may be used for investigating cybercrimes. Data is retained for no more than seven days.
Cookies:
No personal data is acquired through cookies. Persistent cookies are not used. Session cookies are used only to transmit session identifiers needed for safe and efficient site navigation. No profiling cookies are used. Technical or session cookies last only for the browsing session.
First-access banner:
