Ethical Code

Pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Ethical Code and the Organization, Management and Control Model have been developed to ensure that the values and the ethical responsibility are taken into account in the entrepreneurial activities of the FRI-EL GREEN POWER Group.

They define and determine the management policy and principles to be observed by all the parties relating with the FRI-EL GREEN POWER Group.

Organisational Structure

Whistleblowing

 

Pursuant to the Legislative Decree 24/2023, companies are required to establish a channel for "whistleblowing" reports in order to investigate wrongdoing. Whistleblowing reports are made by employees or external persons who have come across situations, facts or circumstances that reasonably suggest that an irregularity or illegal act has taken place.
